I recently had a cleaning (twice a year) and would love to say the very little time spent was because of my excellent dental hygiene (brushing twice a day), but truth be told, I seldom brush once a day and when I had cleanings 3 times a year and brushed more frequently, there was sonic cleaning and dental pic scraping.
