I had to have an extraction due to a failed root canal. My experience was great. Staff were professional, payment well explained and understood, office clean, good hand hygiene, thorough explaination of procedure and what to expect after. Dr. Gutierrez was professional as well as personable. Highly recommend. No one wants to lose a tooth, especially me, but they made it tolerable. I'll have Dr. Gutierrez and staff do my implant. That's likely the best endorsement. I'll go back!

My experience with the Dr. was okay at best. I told him exactly what i wanted to acomplish and that i was working on a very limited budget. I was assured by the nurse that the dollar amount would not exceed the amount qouted (which i was required to pay prior to surgery, after surgery i was sent another bill). Classic bait and switch would not recommend to my worst enemy.

Support staff was excellent in optimizing my situation. Dr. Gutierrez was excellent and carried out my surgery with no pain (getting Novocaine was the worst part of the whole thing), no biggie. I had a fast recovery. Next day call to check on my condition. Excellent Doctor.
