Was referred to Dr. Weed for scheduled upper GI. He saw me briefly before the procedure, explained what he found in detail to my husband after, and called me personally with the results. He answered all my questions and set up a follow-up office visit to go over the results again and discuss treatment options. He was very kind and anxious to answer all my questions completely and to my satisfaction.

Admitted to the hospital with severe abdominal pain. Tests revealed I needed endoscopy. My regular GI was out of town so Dr. Weed performed the procedure. I had the same issue with a hernia. I also contracted staff in the hospital and it ate through my stomach. I do not blame him for that but after my flesh was dying (and it smelled like it) he told me I was fine. Well I was not and needed an emergency surgery. What surgeon can not recognize or smell rotting flesh.

I had a hernia repaired by him, well i can't really say it was repaired. He fixed the buldge from the hernia but ever since the "repair" i have had more pain then i ever had with the hernia. The post op visit he was very short and seemed to not give a hoot that i was having the pain. still to this day it is a constant pain and much worse than when I had a hernia and my surgery was in 2008. If you want it done right i say stay away from him!!
