Not good at all, All my appointments have been at 4,and im always seen at 5! They never give referrals on time and neither medicine.Slow service never come here.
trying to schedule a new patient visit and you cannot get any real person to answer the phone. There are podiatrists all over the city with great competition and can choose any we want. This office should have someone answering the phone and having a good initial contact. Very disappointing !
Have been seeing Dr Howard for the last few years for periodic foot pain. He has been very helpful in his diagnosis and is very easy to talk to and understand. The entire staff of the office has been great to work with. I highly recommend Dr Howard as your podiatrist. The only issue is parking at iu health west. Morning appointments are nearly impossible to find a parking space and there are lots of parking spaces at this hospital. Dr. Howard did a great job working with me to explain the issues and taking care of them. I was definitely in good hands. We'd recommend him anybody with issues with their feet.
