Dr. Van Frank has been my doctor for years. He is excellent!! Yes, I have had to wait quite a while, but that is because he spends a lot of time with each patient - discussing your symptoms and concerns. Yes, the staff there can be kind of cold (except Ruben), but not ever have they been rude. Dr. Van Frank has ALWAYS refilled my prescriptions in a timely manner. This Dr. is probably a good doctor but his staff is RUDE and have the attitude of "don't bother me, I do not care". The wait time is obsurd as myself and other patients waited over "2" hours. I had to cancel a procedure and was told to reschedule I had to make another appointment (another co-pay/time/travel) to do so. I was canceling due to a dental emergency and was canceling 4 days in advance. I am ill and I need help but this office doesn't care.
