The biggest quack ever.
BCBSIL has Dr. Estes listed as a provider that accepts the insurance. Front Office Staff are inconsiderate and are liars. I submitted my information to them two days ago and did not receive a callback after speaking with them the first time. You’d die waiting on someone to return a call to get an appointment to see the Dr. I’ve submitted my complaint to BCBSIL also in hopes they will forge new relationships with other PCPs in MS because this clinic here doesn’t care about the treatment of new patients. Zero Stars.
