I have been seeing Dr.Shen for several years for my pain I found him to be attentive & concerned about trying to treat me with the best care he can I pleased with the treatment he’s given me over the years Highly recommend Dr.Shen & hope he can help relieve some of your pain symptoms
Not a good listener. In fact he didn’t listen at all. Insisted that I had had a recent test that I had not had (his assistant finally pointed out that the test was in 2017 not 2019 as he claimed). He did not seem to care about my pain but just wanted to get through the non-exam (literally 5 minutes for a first visit!) quickly. No compassion. Oh and he man-splained me whenever I tried to speak - ugh!
