Listening to the patient allows me to practice patient-centered care, where both the patient and I work together to better their health. This approach also allows me to deliver efficient, high-quality, and evidence-based medicine to all my patients.

I was a patient of Dr. Chen before the BCBS Clinic opened. I feel that my treatment changed since Dr. Chen started working here. BSBC Clinic is the opposite of everything that is advertised. The office is focused on processes and there is NO consideration for the patient. Attempted to schedule an appointment and was told my insurance was not accepted. I asked how much the cost would be for a private pay visit and was told they don't accept private pay.
Dr Chen is the best
Dr. Chen is very professional and personable. He uses convenient means of communication (MyChart app) and is very knowledgeable. I would recommend him for anyone looking for a physician.
Great doctor. Listens to your issues and discusses options based on your conditions. I highly recommend.
