Very good Doctor.. makes me laugh because I don’t go in unless I have a real problem.. sometimes long stretches between visits.. Wish I could get my wife in as a client as she has lost her Doctor over 10 years ago.. Very glad to have Dr Cappello as my Doctor
Very poor and careless attitude. My son could not reach his office by phone after trying for 2+ weeks so finally went to Emergency when his condition became unbearable. Upon finally getting an appt for test results (taken at Emergency), the doctor was dismissive and arrogant. Offered no solutions or follow up. And this is not the first time this has happened. This guy should hang up his stethoscope and sell his practice to someone who actually cares about their patients.
Not like this matters because it's impossible to find a doctor in this province, but that's the main reason I stay a patient here. -Appointments can only be booked over the phone, which they never answer and the voicemail states that messages left after 3pm and before 9am, as well as between 12pm and 1pm will not be returned. They also don't do virtual appointments, even for simple things like renewing a prescription that do not require in-person.
