Turned me away because I only needed a replacement retainer. Said they're not taking new patients for retainers...guess they only want to help people if they're getting thousands of dollars out of them. :(
Dr. Agapas and staff are amazing they are friendly and caring team. We transferred orthodontist care here from Newfoundland with ease, it was like my kids have been there from the start. I have been pleased with the professionalism and dedication in the treatment of all three of my children, which has resulted in beautiful smiles. Dr Agapas and his staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. We are only beginning our experience with braces but Robin was especially helpful with getting paperwork filed correctly for insurance purposes. We are a busy family of 6 and her simple sticky notes helped everything flow smoothly. Thank you! Plans were also postponed due to the pandemic but throughout the entire process I was kept up to date and well-informed with any changes to protocol. Overall, we are very happy with their services.
We love that Dr. Agapas offers service in both the East and West ends of Kingston - close to home in the East and close to work in the West! All 3 kids are at various stages of orthodontic treatment and they can almost always schedule our appointments together to make my life simpler. The staff are always friendly and helpful and I know we are getting the best orthodontic treatment for all of our kids. Thanks to everyone on the team!
