Dr. Pence is a very nice, compassionate, professional man. So is the staff. He takes time with you. You don't feel rushed. I definitely recommend for all age groups. When my 14 year old needed braces. He made it a smooth process. Definitely recommend.
If you need braces or your child needs them. I’d advise you to go somewhere else. They constantly cancel appointments. Sometimes they don’t even call to cancel an appointment. They just close the office. This use to be a good place to go for braces. My son went here. I would NEVER recommend anyone to go here. I gave them one star they actually don’t get one star from me.
Dr. Pence and his staff are wonderful. Very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable!
Always canceling appointments the day of! This has set my daughters braces coming off on time
He do very great work but EVERY SINGLE TIME I have an appointment they call me the morning of to reschedule. It NEVER fails!! I could’ve been working but I have to take off sometimes to make it to appointments. It’s always something!!!!
