I took my mom for her annual visit. The first clue that we had that we should have just turned around & walked out was when I asked them to please check her lenses as well as her eyes to see if there had been a change. The girl said 'you want new glasses? It will be $25 for the prescription" My mom said I dont know if I need them or not until you check them. The visit went downhill from there. Dr. Dunham is very caring and friendly. His staff are all representative of his very high standards for quality patient care and treatment. He is very good at explaining your diagnosis and treatment in plain understandable terms and welcomes your questions. He's funny too.
I was under Dr. Dunham’s care for more than 10 years. He had me under glaucoma medication for all those years. I started seeing another eye doctor due to a really bad eye infection and he assured me my eye pressure was fine. My eye pressure has been normal and without drops for two years. I trusted dr. Dunham blindly and spend money on very expensive drops for more more than 10 yrs. please be careful and always ask for a second opinion specially if you are insured. Dr. Tim is by far the most caring doctor I've ever known. He doesn't rush the exams. He is through, and highly skilled in his craft. He explains things clearly and doesn't beat around the bush. I've had several eye doctors in my lifetime but Dr. Dunham is undoubtedly a God-send. He runs his practice with integrity and the highest standards. There are no frills, bells and whistles - just plain honest care for all his patients. His staff is just like him. I enjoy seeing them every time.
