Sharing a room with one of Dr. Mills patients . She is 93 and has told him and nurses for 2 weeks how bad her cough is , trust me it is terrible for this poor lady. Dr. Mills has been into visit her 3 times while I have been here. He never addressed her cough until today when it’s on the way out, now he says he will give her something His bedside manner is one of the worst I have heard. No warmth at all for this lovely lady Dr Mills you should be ashamed.
I love Dr. Mills. He has been my family doctor my entire life, but this review is about the receptionist staff. They are extremely rude and don't seem to enjoy working in health care. Reading other reviews has confirmed that I'm not the only one who has dealt with them. Also, their hours are extremely limited, and you can't leave voicemails. I recommend she get a job as a hair salon receptionist, as her rude attitude would fit in better over there.
The receptionist is not polite and impersonal. The message when you call basically states that they will ignore all inquiries, and tying to get them on the phone during the limited time they operate is impossible. Go ahead and call it, listen to how monotone and mean it sounds. As of the patients are an inconvenience to her. LADIES, this review is for you: The reception staff and Janice Coutts are wonderful, but this practice has recently begun to offer Medispa services and is *really* aggressive with their advertising, including in the waiting area. This clinic isn't a good place for your mental health if you're struggling with body changes after pregnancy, an eating disorder, or just generally don't want to be told your stretchmarks and body hair need to be corrected.
