Dr Tim is full of lies, i visited for my second opinion after a non successful operation with a different doctor, upon his intial inspection, he was confident he would fix my knee (meniscus tear) ts has been more than a year after my operation with dr Tim and the pain is only getting worse. I highly not recommend him, i wish i did not read all that fake comments about him and i do regret doing my operation with him. I am happy to share any details if anyone requiring them as proof.
I played a lot of Aussie rules in my youth and started having knee problem from around age 40. After limping my way through my 40s, pretty much dealing with pain and stress with anti-inflammatory I was referred to Dr Small. He noted my bowed legs and after a period of analysis with MRI and x-rays worked out that whilst the inside of my knees were essentially worn away, the outside of my knees was in good shape. Dr Tim Small did a bi-lateral knee replacement for me six weeks ago. He was very clear from the beginning that surgery was only half the solution to my knee woes, the other half was up to me to do the rehab required for a good outcome. The surgery went amazingly well and two weeks post op I was able to walk into his rooms unaided for my first check up. I've worked hard at the recommended rehab and am thrilled with the result. I’m six months on from Dr Small reconstructing my ACL (anterior cruciate ligament). At all points, Dr Small has been a highly compassionate expert in his surgical field. From initial consultations, he was very clear about my options both in terms of surgical and non-surgical options, and how to handle the surgery on public or private health. The moment I had my first consultation with Dr. Tim Small, I knew I had the best Orthopaedic Surgeon. My GP had originally referred me to a different surgeon, who’s attitude was more about himself and not about the patient welfare and needs.
