We’re old had confusion on recovery call office staff retuned our call answered our questions with honesty and compassion
One star because I’ve called multiple times to follow up on my referral to have my knee looked at for a replacement, but both times I’ve been told “he’s more than 14 months out” and won’t tell me if they received my referral or not. Just that his staff will review when received and let me know if they’ll see me. I’ve had my primary physician fax the referral twice. Dr Lovell is a saint.
I had a hip joint replaced 3 years ago and the doctor missed my bone with the screw. The screw proceeded to fish hook on my nerves and muscles going down my leg when I moved causing horrible pain and the need to stay in bed and inability to sit or drive and barely walk for 3 years. Dr. Lovell literally saved my life by going in and cutting off that screw. He's not only a great surgeon but he's a compassionate one.
