I had a very frustrating experience trying to book a full eye exam for my mother following her cataract surgery. When I first called, I was asked to complete a patient intake form. I submitted everything promptly and was told I would receive a callback to confirm an appointment for the same day at 1:00 PM. However, no one called. Two days later, I received a call—but instead of confirming the appointment, they asked whether the exam would be covered by OHIP or paid out of pocket. Dr Lee was so informative about my dry eyes. I really appreciate his kind manner and recommendations on how to fix my dry eyes and suggestions on my new prescription after cataract surgery. Excellent service.
