Whoever was answering phones needs to do a little better. I was looking forward to scheduling an annual visit with a new doctor and the person on the receiving end: 1. Spoke way too fast 2. Had a nasty attitude and wasn’t helpful. I’m not one to leave reviews when this happens but I was thrown off. I scheduled with someone else who had a better bedside manner when answering the phone.
Dr. Tiffany Wells was very informative and helpful with my first visit. She answered all questions and made me feel very much comfortable. The best experience I’ve ever had. I’m very grateful.
