Dr. Helman is very kind, and she really listens to me. She takes time to explain lab and test results. She answers my questions - even when I bring a list! She explains what my medications are for and why I need them and also why they might be able to be stopped if situations change.Sometimes she runs late but I'll always wait for her because she is worth it!! All of the Walworth girls are also amazing. My only complaint is that Dr. Helman works part-time.
Cannot get appointments. Office staff says they will talk to the doctor and call you several days later to ask additional questions. Refuse to make appointments if you are ill and told to go to Medexpress. Last appointment scheduled, was refused to be seen despite office staff agreeing that may be a bit late. Need advice on follow up booster. Cannot get it. Several rude office staff but Sarah and Christy are very kind.
