I'm a regular patient of Dr Brink. If you want a first rate eye doctor I highly recommend her. She's very personable ( that's a nice way to say crazy) and I wouldn't change her one bit. On this visit I had the pleasure of being received by Mady. She did all the routine tests and pictures. She was very competent and showed an awsome bed side manner. She couldn't have been any better. Dr. Brink is amazing. Very personable and always knowledgeable! Highly recommended!
Very professional but still is able to connect with patient and develop a friendly relationship. Patient feels Dr Brink sincerely cares and cares about you personally.
Absolutely horrible customer service. Receptionist does not know how to answer a phone or answer questions in a professional manner
