I went years going to Lehigh Valley with no help and was recommended to switch over to Dr. Ngo at St. Luke’s. She is educated, patient, kind, and most importantly to me extremely personable. She never makes you feel rushed during the visits or downgrades any symptoms you are feeling and goes above and beyond to ensure you are feeling okay inside and outside of the office. The nurses under her are great as well and easy to reach via phone.
The wait time on phone is ridiculous and they don't even ask you who you want to talk to.
Dr. Ngo is by far the best gynecologist that I have been to in the last 20 years. She is kind, courteous, and professional. Her bedside manner is wonderful and she is very knowledgeable. I just wish she wasn't so far from me!
My experience with Dr. Ngo was the best experience I have ever had with a doctor. She is professional, yet very warm and kind. I asked a lot of questions and she answered them without hesitation, giving me all the information I needed to make wise decisions about my own body. She is well educated, very bright and intuitive about her patients.
