I had to call again and tell her my reason for the call was to get a referral from the doctor, and she said to wait for her team leader, Kim. I had to wait, and I told her what had happened with Katherine she completely ignored me and proceeded to tell me that to see them, I had to fill out a survey since it was my first time.
