good doctor but they never answer the phone when you need to make appointments. and when yiu finally get one the waiting time is for an hour they have too many patients than they can handle. so im thinking of switching doctors
The staff they have at the desk are beyond useless. Get new people and get more of them to actually do the work They did not welcome patient, did not nice, even did not say " hi" while I stood 2 minutes in front of them . I have been there seen doctor since 6 years. It's time I should change my primary doctor. If you walk-in you have to wait her for at least more than 2 hours and she sees you just 3 minutes, if you make an appointment at least 3 months to see the primary doctor. And they always said you can go to urgent care
1. Worst Dr office in town but it's not cuz the doctor. 2. The staff they have at the desk are beyond useless. Get new people and get more of them to actually do the work 3. They ignore digital refills and fax and calls and just outright have no one competent at the front desk 4. HAD TO ACTUALLY WALK IN TO GET MY AUTOMATIC PRESCRIPTION FILLED THEN TRIED TO ARGUE WITH ME. Dear Dr Do, get better staff that actually does their job or I'm going somewhere else
