Dr Do was our Family Dr for several years, I am being selfish when I say I wish he didn't retire, or that I could still see him. But I know how dedicated he was and hard working, we were blessed to have him as a Dr. I would have never stop seeing him no matter the wait. I knew I could walk out of there with very good advise as well as a good diagnosis. Many Drs only want to get the money and don't listen to you. I am a nurse I know good doctors and he is the best??
I have used Dr Do for the past 9 years as my primary doctor. I would highly recommend him. Naomi and Mike have always been very friendly to myself and my husband. Dr Do has always been thorough and I consider him a very good doctor. The nurses are also friendly and helpful. I like the convenience that they can draw my blood right there at his office when I get my physical. I highly recommend.
HORRIBLE experience! If I could give them a negative 100 I would. I made an appointment to get a simple vaccine and they told me my insurance policy was terminated. I called my insurance and they said my policy was active. There was back and forth phone calls that I finally decided to three way call this office with my insurance. The insurance rep assured them I was covered, but this office wouldnt take that as an answer. Dr. Do is a good doctor; however, his office staff is the worst I have ever had to deal with. The staff have and “I don’t care attitude” about everything. I’m sure Dr. Do isn’t even aware that his office staff is losing him patients!! There are much better doctors around to give you the care you want and deserve.
I have been seeing Dr. Do for quite some time, but it always takes an hour before he walks in the patient room to see you. So what is the appointment for? In addition, he will not give you the correct medication for your symptoms. There are millions of information on Google but why does this doctor not prescribe the right medication? The most infuriating experience is recently when I spent a hour waiting, then sent to a specialist, but the specialist does not accept my insurance. First of all they ALWAYS overbook appointments. You will wait in the lobby for 45 minutes to an hour, then called to wait in the room for another 45 minutes to an hour before they doctor comes in. Hard to understand what Dr. says. They always want patients to make appointments for stuff that doesn't even require an appointment so they can bill the insurance. They office staff is very unprofessional and the guy Mike that is an office manager is RUDE and condescending. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!!
Prepare to wait more than two hours after your appointment time. Office is dirty and does not look like it is cleaned regularly. Enjoyed taking my poor two sick kids and myself only to sit in the waiting room for more than an hour and a half then to be in the exam room for another hour as I waited on three incompetent nurses to come in and preform the same tests and ask the same questions as the one before her before even seeing the doctor. The staff is rude and terrible at customer service. Off
