The moment you set your foot in the office you feel completely at ease and comfortable, Everyone is so nice and polite, and very professional. Dr Aguirre takes the time to explain everything, and most of all listens and addresses any concern. Had colonoscopy at 25 W Micheltorena site. Staff was kind and caring. Dr Aguirre performed treatment carefully and explained things as they went along. Highly recommend
I waited over a month for my consultation. Dr. Aguirre was unfriendly, unhelpful, and seemed unwilling to even speak to me about my concerns. He did not physically examine me, and spent less than five minutes with me before stating that he couldn't offer any help without having a litany of tests done. I do not think he spoke more than 10 words to me. I was quickly handed off to someone to book an appointment without listening to my symptoms. I was not reassured and left feeling uncared for.
