Dr. Tran is such a great doctor, my family has been going to him for years, and the people that work for him are so thoughtful.
As a patient, I want the best quality in health care that I can receive and having been a patient here for a few years, I am able to Dr. Tran comes into the room, he listens with care and consideration in hand and has the knowledge and experience to treat most of the complaints that I come in with. He is able to provide education regarding your personal health and goes into detail about certain aspects of your health. He's a great physician and is also kind and happy as a person.
I came into the office and was immediately brought in after signing in at the front desk. The lady in the front was a little rude but everyone else that I had the opportunity to meet was extremely nice. Dr. Thomas Tran was also very pleasant and nice throughout the years I have been with him.
These people are very shady. I wouldn't go to them even if my life were on the line. They owe my mom money and keep giving us the run around as to why she hasn't been refunded. I'm planning on filing a complaint.
