I called the office with some concerns with eye pain and pressure and they got me in within 2 hours. The office was efficient and friendly. The staff who treated me were fantastic always telling me what they were doing before doing it and the APRN was incredibly knowledgeable and made me very comfortable. I highly recommend this practice.
I was referred to the doctor by another patient with similar retina issues. I have been going to this office once a year for 5 years. I always get welcomed in and promptly taken into an evaluation room. The staff and technicians are always very professional, they know what they are doing and communicate what they are doing and why. No wait time to be seen and evaluated by his assistant. And little to no wait time to see Dr Shane. He was very thorough explained everything answered all my questions. Very caring.
I was a little early for my appointment and thought I would have to wait but I was taken pretty quickly. Everything that was done to me including the injection was explained to me. The staff is polite and kind. Most of all my condition is improving.
