Had a great experience at Shane Retina. Dr Shane called me the day before my appointment to ask if I had any questions since this was my first visit. Staff through and made the experience as good as possible.
Dr Shane is very patient engaged, which is hard to find among eye surgeons. Dr. Shane shows authentic concern for my care and I feel safe in his care. Im grateful to be his patient
Dr. Shane is the best - extremely attentive and thorough. He took the time to explain my eye issues and possible solutions in detail. The entire staff at Shane Retina is wonderful. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a real expert in ophtalmology in Sarasota and beyond.
I called the office with some concerns with eye pain and pressure and they got me in within 2 hours. The office was efficient and friendly. The staff who treated me were fantastic always telling me what they were doing before doing it and the APRN was incredibly knowledgeable and made me very comfortable. I highly recommend this practice.
These guys are the best, beginning with the front desk. Then Angela was very genuine and warm, Gabriel was so thorough and precise, and finally Dr. Shane - a true professional. I totally understand all the 5 star reviews. They're real and these guys earned those high marks. Many, many thanks!
