My wife and I both had separate appointments 12 months apart, mine being most recently and I have to say his staff was very efficient with no wait time and very pleasant. Dr. Shane I can’t say enough about you, you should be the standard all others in the medical profession should hold themselves to. “Bravo” extremely clear, concise, and truly caring for the patient. Dr. Shane is the best - extremely attentive and thorough. He took the time to explain my eye issues and possible solutions in detail. The entire staff at Shane Retina is wonderful. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a real expert in ophtalmology in Sarasota and beyond.
I called the office with some concerns with eye pain and pressure and they got me in within 2 hours. The office was efficient and friendly. The staff who treated me were fantastic always telling me what they were doing before doing it and the APRN was incredibly knowledgeable and made me very comfortable. I highly recommend this practice.
Dr Shane is very patient engaged, which is hard to find among eye surgeons. Dr. Shane shows authentic concern for my care and I feel safe in his care. Im grateful to be his patient
