All staff members were very pleasant and sociable. Receptionist was extremely helpful in explaining what your insurance covers and doesnt and how to get you the best deal. They even gave me a free pair of contact lenses while I am waiting for my order to come in. The equipment used was all newer and a little different than I am used to, but it made me feel like they were doing a more thorough exam which I appreciated.
