I highly recommend you do not go here under any circumstance. From secondhand experience, The nursing staff was quite nice, but you will almost never see the doctor. And when my family member that saw this doctor passed away, he waited weeks to sign a death certificate. Causing huge delays in cremation, And funeral Arrangements, Which means we did not get to give her what she deserved. Dr Raulerson is an awesome doctor and I just love him. I have been his patient since 2014 after leaving MD. I had an awesome doctor in MD too and I thought I I would never find a doctor like the one I had back home. But thank goodness I did! Now here’s the thing that might bother. You may wait longer than your appointment time to be seen, however there’s a good reason for that. Dr. Raulerson is very thorough and he listens to your needs. The nurses were friendly. I honestly can't tell you whether Dr. Raulerson is a good doctor or not. Never saw the man. All I can tell you is that I waited in the exam room for over 2 hours without being seen before I finally decided I didn't want to wait any longer. I couldn't get a realistic estimate on how much longer I'd have to wait, but that was long enough for me. Too long in fact. Very kind staff, doctor was so helpful and caring
The doctor is fine but the office staff are absolute jerks. I waited 2 hours for a telehealth appointment that I was told specifically would happen in "around 30 minutes" from my initial call. When I asked about it, they told me "should be in an hour". When I got frustrated about a 3 hour wait after being told 30 minutes, the staff got very disrespectful and petty.
