The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. The office was easy enough to find. Their staff was great. They had one rude lady at the front desk but i did not go to her after that.
