I called this office three times leaving messages, no answer and no call back. Dr Parr needs to take note of this, he's good, been my doctor for more than 15 years, and i love going to his practice, but the office service is going south. My insurance requesting that I call his office and have them get a prior authorization, HOW can I do this when no one answers or give a courtesy call back???! I’ve been waiting for three months for this prescription. I'm sorry, but people need to know. Personally, I'm done.
Dr Thomas Pharr is the best orthopedic surgeon I have ever met. I am a 62 year old female who has been struggling with back pain and sever hip pain. On my first visit with Dr Thomas Pharr he made me feel extremely comfortable and I was no longer scared to have hip replacement surgery. He guaranteed me that I would be snowskiing in two weeks after my surgery. Although I have never snow skied before I look forward to be out of constant pain as both my hips are bone on bone.
