I had a revision rhinoplasty with Dr.Tom Trevisani almost a year ago. After my first surgery with another doctor- my nose looked droopier and tip was bulbous, wide. Dr.T did such an amazing job- every day i look in the mirror - I think of how he changed my life for better- gave me confidence. God bless you, Dr.T!
In 2001 I decided to have breast augmentation with Dr. Trevisani. I'm pretty petite , so never wanted to be huge or unnatural. Went with smaller implants. Today, 17 years later they still look amazing! Even post 1 pregnancy.. I'm so happy Dr.Tom is my Surgeon, I will never go any place else. I'm getting ready for my tummy tuck surgery. All I can say is Dr.T is the best!
I had such a great experience with Dr. Trevisani. From consultation to each follow up visit. His so professional and most importantly - experienced. I had breast augmentation -I chose 285cc extra full profile- best decision ever! My breast look very natural, I never had any major pain after surgery- I was even wondering if it was normal- lol.Didn’t take any pain meds.. highly recommend this Practice and especially Dr. Tom!! Wouldn’t admit that there was any problem . There WAS a problem. But with plastic surgery there is no accountability for doctors. Everyone just has to “now get a revision”, it’s very interesting how that works.

I had several procedures at Celebrities Choice with Dr. Tom Trevisani. Had a nose done and a chin liposuction. I am about 6 months post surgery- my results are amazing! I don't have even one scar outside of my nose - everything was done on the inside..Best decision ever- highly recommend.
I had both my nose and breasts done by Dr.Tom. I was referred by my co-workers. And what I really liked about Dr.T-besides his experience and the fact that he utilizes a closed technique for rhinoplasty- is that I could have all my procedures done at the same time- which is a huge deal to me. I'm about 6 months post surgery- very happy with my results! Dr.T did an outstanding job!
Dr.Tom has fixed my botched tummy tuck that i got from another Doctor... Long story- but all I can say he's the best at what he does and I highly recommend him. He's very straightforward, knowledgeable and trustworthy. I wish I knew of him before I had my bad tummy tuck to avoid all the stress and anxiety i have endured with another Doctor. Dr.T is the best!
I've had an all around amazing experience, from the very first consult, to the preop, then surgery and now recovery.
