When I was in extreme pain and my regular dentist would not see me for at least 3 days I found Dr. O'Neil on the internet. I called the office and they took me in that afternoon. I needed a root canal and he did a temporary procedure that day (with sedation). I was terrified of the procedure, but they made me feel very comfortable. I am terrified of dental work, I expect great customer service and like a sqeeky clean office. I went to Dr O'Neil for a cleaning and x-rays, I knew I needed a possible filling, but this was a way to for me to 'test the waters .' First, I was impressed by his super-clean facility. Second, I was under no pressure whatsoever, completely relaxed. For me, this was the first time I have ever been relaxed without laughing gas or tranquilizers.
