My daughter and I both saw Dr. Hester and we thought he was great! He gave us very detailed information about our issues and plainly described routes we could go about addressing them
Would not recommend. Nurse was unprofessional and asked same questions as what I was asked to complete in writing upon arrival. She stuffed cotton balls up my nostrils without clearly explaining what she was doing and why. Dr. Hester inserted a camera on the end of a 8” flexible scope up each nostril without explaining what he was looking for. I was extremely uncomfortable and he became visibly frustrated. I had some scar tissue in my ear (surfer). Dr. Hester removed it in the office, completely and painlessly. Notice the negative reviews don't say what was wrong or what was done.
After a few visits I still am not well and not really happy about my results with him.
