I came to Dr Gerber. I was missing all my teeth. After 6 weeks I walked out with a finish permanent bridge that I never have to remove and it fells like my own teeth. Jack golden

My daughter was fitted for a mouth guard, she was diagnosed with tmj and is constantly in pain. Today I received the second denial since Saturday.. I called the office and talked to a woman named Aileen, the office manager. I attempted to explain the reason for denial was the code was entered improperly, and the insurance company tried to contact the doctor numerous times in a attempt to get the mouth guard approved.the office never provided adequate Information to get the mouth guard approved.
