I had robotic assisted mitral valve repair surgery with Dr. Molloy in late 2022. The surgery was successful and I have nothing but the highest praise for Dr. Molloy and his incredibly capable, compassionate team. One year after the surgery the repair is strong with no regurgitation detected on my recent echocardiogram although I had severe regurgitation before the surgery. I feel very fortunate to have found Dr. Molloy and that I qualified for the less invasive robotic-assisted surgery that he is recognized for.

Had a consultation with Dr. Molloy regarding a Mitral valve repair. Dr. Molloy spent over an hour with us explaining the surgery, various treatment options, my specific situation and probable outcomes. He was very open and informative. I feel he is a surgeon you can trust. His staff were all very friendly and the office was a comfortable environment.

He replaced my calcified faulty valve in 2014. I lost most of the use of my right hand during the procedure. Spent first 9 months working with a therpist and was on the maximum allowed pain killers for the pain in my hand which felt like it was in a meat tenderizer. Finally I saw a DO who found that my chest wasn't put back together straight and I had my brachial plexus nerve pinched. Dr. Molloy denied any responsibility. Am alive but still don't have full use of my hand.

Dr. Malloy and his staff are first rate, top to bottom. We cold-called his office when my surgery was being shuffled around a large hospital elsewhere. His PA was extremely informative and patient over the phone. Dr saw me within 48 hrs and reduced my stress level to near-zero from near-panic. His technical acuity during the 7-hour 5X CABG procedure, and the compassionate and exacting post-surgical care his unit provided led directly to the healthy, active lifestyle I enjoy today.

Dr Thomas Malloy saved my life. I was a 40 year old male suffering congestive heart failure congenital bi-cusped aortic stenosis. Main stream cardiologists & surgeons petitioned long & hard for a mechanical valve but I wanted a Bio Valve. March 2001 Dr Malloy delivered exactly what i asked for, a bio valve. 16 year echocardiogram & cardiologists say the valve looks the same as it did when installed. Dr Malloy is honest, compassionate. I trust him with my life 1 asprin a day, thats it.
