My family and I have good dental insurance and on top of that we paid out of pocket over $10,000 dollars and my entire family are having serious problems now, cavities under crowns, root canal not done right, cap teeth falling out.i would give it no stars but there is no option. Update: Nothing has changed, they call me at 8:40 am and ask if I want an 11am same day on a weekday, I reply no I have to work and took the time off for the appointment I Already have...after i I remind them this is the 2nd time this has happened and ask why make the appointment then if you never can keep them "Well we have a new hygienist" So I say I have an 1130 next week, reply is they don't do 1130s anymore, so I ask if 11 that day is fine, the reply I get is I'll have to look and get hung up on.
