Dr. Martinelli has been my main Ortho Dr. for decades! He did my knee replacement surgeries several years ago. When a couple of days ago I started having pain in my right knee I ignored it until I couldn’t any more because of the pain. Felt extremely lucky that I got a same day appt. Went in and had X-rays done right-away. Dr Martinelli examined me and said my knees looked great on the X-rays, found no evidence of a blood clot, infection, water retention. OrthoVirginia is the best Doctor’s Office I have ever been to. The staff is knowledgeable, professional, courteous, friendly and attentive. Everyone treats you as if you are the only client there, and they act like your time is as valuable as theirs. I cannot tell you how rare that is, and how much that matters.
