Not a fan of this Doctor. I made an appointment for my son who has eczema and Dr. Thomas didn’t even evaluate my son’s skin. I did appreciate him trying to educate us about what eczema is but the fact that you are a doctor and didn’t even take the time to look at him was alarming to me. We could’ve just spoke about this over the phone. There was no need to go into the office. It was a waste of time and money seeing him. I highly recommend against this location. I have received erroneous billing and have not been provided an itemized receipt. My prescription was never sent to my pharmacy, and they have been unable to contact this office for 3 weeks. Overall, I am being charged ~$134 for a 4 minute visit and no medication.
I was a patient of Dr Taylor’s for years. Then 2 years ago, we moved to a town 90 minutes away. I bounced around for my semi-annual derm appointment looking for a dermatologist, but never found anyone who met my expectations. Now, I drive 90 minutes each way to receive the vital skin attention I prefer.
Thank you Dr Taylor and staff so much for your care. I made the mistake of going to a mass production chain dermatology clinic for my issue *cough* Advanced Dermatology *cough *. I had three visits and my issue actually got worse during their care and it was expensive and I never was examined by a physician. I was fortunate enough to discover Dr Taylor's office as a second opinion and he was able to diagnose and treat and resolve my issue in the one visit.
