I've been going here for the past three years of having braces, and I have never had a bad experience. I genuinely look forward to going into the office every 4 weeks and catching up with the staff. Everybody is so welcoming and friendly. I am forever grateful I became one of their patients because my teeth look incredible!
I just called to reschedule my appointment because I wanted to make them aware that I woke up with Covid symptoms and the girl that rescheduled my appointment was so nasty and quick to get me off the phone. I don’t think I will be going to this office ever! So rude!!
