was a great doctor until he raised his voice at my concerned mother for asking a question. how dare he. never going back, no one talks to my mother like that over a simple question.

Fantastic service. Dr. K and his staff are very thorough with explaining everything they are doing to you and for you so you never are surprised or left uneducated on anything being done to your body. If you do miss an appointment, it is common to have to reschedule for a few weeks later but as a person you have to understand that this establishment has MANY customers and not many orthodontist appointments will be quick and will need larger time slots which unfortunately have to be rescheduled for weeks later. I went for a consult twice at this point (for separate reasons) and both times Dr. Kilareski has been very welcoming , personable & seemed to genuinely listen to and care for my concerns. He was thorough in his assessments, didn’t give any sense of rushing, was open to whatever questions I had, and took the time to explain things so I had a good understanding. All of that is something I feel a lot of Dr.’s don’t do so I’m really appreciative of Dr. Kilareski. Some members of his staff that I met were very kind too.
