Dr. Houston has taken a conservative approach to my knee problem; I appreciate that very much. He answers all of my questions thoroughly, is very polite and friendly, and very professional in his dealings. I trust him completely--when I leave his office knowing that he has my best interests at heart.
No problem with recommending Dr. Houston.The problem lies with the staff of nurses who are to busy to stay in contact with patients. Had to take it upon myself to contact my insurance company to find out what the problem was with getting an MRI. Forwarded information to a nurse Morgan only to never hear back from her. Other issues that arose were handled at their leisure and only after I called several times.
