I went to the doctor's office at 1 PM for a 1:10 appointment. It was very busy. At 2 PM the receptionist left for the day. At 2:35, after sitting on a very hard wooden bench for 1 and a half hours, I left...in a great deal of pain. I never saw the doctor. I have no way of knowing if he was even in the building when I gave up and left. A seriously dreadful experience I would never have thought was possible.
Dr. Lu has replace both of my knees over the past 2 years and the outcomes have been excellent. He is a very competent surgeon and I highly recommend him to anyone needed a knee replacement.
My mother unfortunately arranged by this terrible Dr. Lu for operation of right hip two years ago, but have daily pain for two years. this doctor is very rude and less experiences, and never listen to patient, just said you can just complaint me, he feel he is the master no one can control him, just do what he want to do. pls leave this terrible guy as you can. COMPLAINT HIM IF YOU CAN!
It’s been nearly 20 years since Dr. Lu performed my ACL replacement and meniscus repair. Since then, I’ve worked consistently as a movie & TV actor/stuntman and recently won a national powerlifting championship. Today, the knee is still going strong. If I were to ever again require the services of an orthopaedic surgeon, I would seek out Dr. Lu.
He is a miracle worker. Last year he reassembled my spouse’s badly shattered wrist with a titanium plate and 14 titanium screws. His X-ray showed a radius that looked like a piece of badly smashed bamboo. One year later, my spouse plays his guitar and continues work in the film industry, sometimes requiring heavy lifting and strength and he says his wrist feels 100% normal. The Dr. isn’t chatty, he’s all business and we’re fine with that. What counts is he’s fantastic at his job, and a miracle worker!!
