I’ve been to other pulmonologist over the years, and Dr Lei is the only one who diagnosed my chronic bronchitis, got me the medication I needed and really helped me. However…the office staff do not return calls, they are not much help at all.
I waited two months for an appointment with this provider. I took time off work for the appointment only to be informed two hours prior that the office does not accept “Obama care plans”. I’m not quite sure what an Obama care plan is as I’m a member of blue shield of California platinum PPO one of the most expensive policies you can buy in our state. At any rate I found the staff rude and difficult to work with.
