Dr. Dumitru diagnosed my genetic cardiomyopathy condition after choosing to have me go through the right diagnostics even though it was a tricky and difficult condition to sort out. Then Dr. Dumtiru gave me the news and handled it and me so well like she was my own family. Everything about Dr. Brett Cohen and his staff is wonderful! He looked me in the eyes during the visit and encouraged me to ask questions. A few days before the LINX surgery, I became so nervous that I wanted to cancel. I spoke with his (excellent) PA Brett Chusid and she had Dr. Cohen call me. Dr. Dumitru took over my care after my heart transplant. She has performed all of my biopsy procedures. She is very knowledgable and has very good to deal with. She is not, however, shy about getting on you if she thinks you are not following her instructions. I would highly recommend her to anyone with heart issues.
