Doctor Dahlberg greets you with a smile and handshake. Speaks to you about your treatment and listens to your input without cutting you off. Has a very good personality. Would recommend him to anyone that needs a pain specialist. He has people working at the front desk that are excellent, friendly, and always have a smile. Dr. Dahlberg is excellent. He really knows his field, but he is surrounded by inattentive (or incompetent staff.) They make mistakes, don't record medicines correctly, make false assumptions, and generally do him a disservice. The initial intake tablet interview had spelling errors and was confusing, the receptionist saying simply, "oh, everyone fills that out wrong." Very knowledgeable. Compassionate and caring. Technical skills are excellent. Helped me tremendously. Lucky to have his skill in Rockford. Staff are all lovely too.
Seeing my mom's doctor in Elgin now. What a difference! Very large facility, with caring, and understanding doctors. Things happen for a reason. Was told by my former doctor, he had done "more than a few " ablations, turns out, I was the first! And now my insurance company is telling me of discrepancies found in his claim requests, and want to know what actually has been done with me, compared to what has been turned in for pmt! Even family on the door not fly list! That's scary -VERY!
He is an absolutely amazing doctor - friendly, genuine, dedicated and truly listens. I have been a patient of his for almost two years and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him, to anyone. He and his staff take the time to truly know and care about their patients.
