I used to see Dr Cain and he was always professional and his staff was as well. Those who complain need to put their big girl panties on
only gave 3 stars because he and his staff need to learn quite a bit as far as bedside manners go, but to be fair he is a good dentist. What a lot of people don't like is that he doesn't coddle anyone or bite his tongue. Maybe have some thicker skin if you go in to her your teeth done.
I went to this place for about 2 years and I would have to say that he don’t like to do his job he is lazy and wants to charge you up the roof after I got my teeth checked he said I didn’t have any cavities but I literally can see clearly I had tooth decay and he said that my insurance wouldn’t cover it. Dr Cain brings the pain
He told my daughter she had a root canal or a hole in her tooth but when she got a check up from the dental screening nurses at school they said there was no hole and he kept scraping at her tooth.my daughter thinks he was trying to make a hole in her tooth.nkt to mention we went there because her teeth were moving forward and becoming crooked also causing her pain and her wisdom teeth her growing forwards her tongue
this man has went out of his way to help me he is honest and good at his job i would b screwed without him he works miracles staff is great always gets me in and takes state insurance and treats u like a normal person i love this place
