For several years in a row, I went to his office complaining about abdominal paid. He never palpates my abdomen. Just sends me and all of his patients for, blood work, pee and poop samples. Then disregards results. Luckily, I was able to see the Physician Assist. and she ordered a CT. Mind you, this is several years after my first visit for abdominal pain. My husband and I recently moved to Florida, and needed a G.P. Our neighbor recommended Dr. Montaldo to us, and we are glad he did. His well staffed and very friendly office made a wonderful first impression. We were seen at our appiontment times and Dr. Montaldo sat with us and listened to what we had to say and what we needed. My husband went in today to see about medication. Even though he was start his meds today they sent it into a mail order which we've never used. Then 3 phone calls later & 5 hours the prescription is still not at CVS. No 1 there cares. Now to find a good practice that does care.
I have been seen Dr Montaldo for several years. He has always been very pleasant. He goes over everything with you. He's very Professional.
I have no problems with Dr Montaldo. Professional and kind. Spent enough time with me until I understood and decided for the best treatment. I went thru 4 doctors before finding him. I’m not going anywhere

I am a patient of Doctor Montaldo, there is a difference between a Doctor and someone who just wants to make money. When I went for my physical, we spoke for a short period of time and then concluded with there is not enough time left to finish my physical, need to make another appointment. When I wanted to schedule the new appointment it was five weeks out. I am sorry but this is not the action of a real doctor. I have an embarrassing chronic condition which no other health professional had helped me with, or even examined me. I was worried about my first visit, hoping it wasn't going to be like the other health professionals. Immediately I was comforted, both by treatment from the check-in staff, the nurse, and Dr. Montaldo. He couldn't have been more professional, or kind, or understanding, or thorough. I finally found an angel to help me. I recommend him without hesitation. I feel blessed.
I started seeing Dr. Montaldo this past year, and he insisted I had gerd and wanted me to have a endoscopy, which I rejected. Well, after finding out they put you to sleep, I gave in and ended up having a colonoscopy, too. His persistence paid off, they found I had inflammation of the small pouch (from gastric bypass surgery) and inflammation and bleeding in my stomach besides finding 3 polyps (2) in the colon and (1) in the rectum. Thank you Dr. Montaldo, your turned out to be a blessing!
He is very professional, Kind, listen to the patient, very assertive on diagnosis, never give you a medication only because. and he treat you with respect ,he accept diversity.
