Customer service is very poor always it’s transferred to rutha don’t know who she is never responds any calls or voice mails
I went to see Dr. Ali last month and was absolutely mortified with my experience. It was my first visit and she rushed through my appointment. She would not let me get a full sentence out. She kept cutting me off and dismissing my concerns and the reason why I was sent to her. She didn’t even look at the clip board of paper work they made me fill out. Dr Lang and all of the staff are great. Always warm and friendly. Dr Lang never rushes through the appointment, he listens and is very clear with any instructions. He answers any questions thoroughly.
I always receive the service courtesy and the time that I expect.
