The WORST !!!! Office manager in the world works here !!! Her name Melanie ! Dr. Duncan do better on knowing how staff is miss treating your clients, Melanie doesn’t care about your Patients what so ever! Was great until they started charging extra out of pocket money to get appointments. Made me feel like I wasn't worth it. I've since moved on
Dr Duncan has been my provider for over 3 years. He is absolutely amazing. He is very skilled, excellent communicator, compassionate and has guided me in my health and wellness journey. My health is better than it has ever been. His healthcare model allows for same day appointments, longer visits and a very comprehensive approach to healthcare. Doctor and staff are super friendly and knowledgeable but I have yet to go in to an appointment within 30 minutes of appt time. Last visit was an hour behind my scheduled time which makes me feel as though my time is not respected. Office is nice and parking is easy.
