giving it a 3 because I got lost in their paper work going from the drs to the x ray technician waited 45 mins spoke to two different people before getting it resolved. organization and communication needs work.
Dr. Wuerz was extremely professional and kind. He took the time to get to know me on a personal level as well as a medical level. He asked several questions and reviewed every aspect of my injury thoroughly and met me halfway in terms of the plan of care. He listened intently and gave honest feedback. 10/10 recommend for hip preservation!
