I just happened to be in the waiting room and Dr Garver came out looking for a patient who was not in the waiting room so he walked over to the receptionist and asked if the gentleman had checked in. The receptionist either did not hear exactly what he asked or did not understand what he was asking and asked a question and Dr Garver yelled the question again very loudly and very rudely.
